At work we always take up a collection when a coworker loses someone in their family. I was wondering if we could do that here on SMF somehow for those of us that would like to give. Maybe through PayPal?  And maybe a RIP section for members that are no longer with us?

If there are multiple people who want to do this we can set it up and send something. If your interested please post your intent so I can organize it.

I second the R.I.P section.  Although the mods are already doing a good job on placing the R.I.P on the old posts of our most honored members.

As to the sending things?  I would contact the family?

Knowing Gary, he might have had thoughts on how, or if he would like that done.

Sorry Brian.....didn't mean to create more work for you. It's easier said than done. I probably should of just sent flowers or a food basket on my own if I felt the need to do so. Sometimes I don't always think things all the way through...
