My first real success smoking happened today. Pork tenderloin washed, oiled and seasoned. Wrapped overnight in the fridge. Then seared on the bbq at very high temp. Next wrapped in a bacon weave then smoked for 2 hours at about 250 until just cooked. Bacon was amazing by itself but the tenderloin was even better! Check out my pic

Looks really good!! Success feels good and tastes good too!!! It will just keep getting better!

Looks great!  What internal temp did you take it to?

The perspective on that pic caused me a whiplash type double take.  Darn thing looks like a pork loin rather than a tenderloin.  Then I counted the strips of bacon. Go figger.  Pics can be tricky.

Good luck and good smoking.
