Well since my girlfriend and I are HUGE fans of Dominos mango habenaro wings, I decided to try their sauce on some smoked spares! SUCCESS!
First I trimmed 2 racks of spare ribs and a couple beef ribs and rubbed em with some Grillmates sweet n smokey.
Then they went in the fridge for a few hours to let the magic happen while I fried up the trimmings for some pork n beans and husked some corn.
Then it was into the smoker at 215* for 4.5ish hrs. And then jacked the temp and sauced for the last 15 min with this:
And then the delicious!!!
