My name is Bill and I live in South Carolina with my wife and three kids. I have done some smoking with charcoal but my new electric smoker should be here tomorrow.  I am looking forward to hopefully being able to smoke more now that I will have the electric one. If you know of some good videos to look at please let me know. It’s nice to have experts on a forum like this to learn form.
