had some nice fat boneless pork chops (buy one get one FREE) from winn dixie so i heatecd up the grill and made some
after the grill is warmed up throw a handfull of chips on the bricketts
got a nice smoke rolling
some carolia gold bbq sauce and a good char almost ready
looking tasty
two for me one for the "boss" and one for the pup
