This is my 2nd use of the MES 40, and the first with the AMNS smoker box. I purchased a 12lbs brisket from Albertson's and rubbed it with a homemade rub I have been using for about 3 years.
I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the smoker box, it works perfectly. And the Pitmaster blend produces some of the smoothest smoke flavor I have ever tasted.
