I smoked a Boston Butt on my WSM 18.5 on Saturday. Kind of a last minute deal so I didn't apply any rub to the meet. It still came out great.  The wife and I ended up making Pulled Pork Nachos on Sunday.  Q View below.  Thanks for looking.

Thanks. I have to work on my patience. I didn't give it much time to rest. I wanted to tear into that thing and taste it right away. Probably only rested for about fifteen minutes.
