Well , Sat. is Trish and I's 25th Anniv. , with tempers flaring, I not sure about 26

Anuhow, here is what I've done so far:

here's some pan for under the Butts.....

My rub and some Turbinato...

and the butts ready for Fri. night...

Well, I was up for a good while Fri.nite /Sat. morn.,Soooooo...

here's the start-up;

wired and Flo is saying , "Put that meat in me"

  So here we go...

from the rest area...

   smoke is right...

   so , on it goes along with some Eggs(raw)

This was at 4hrs.

   temp. is good , so now to wait a while...

   and I broke one of my rules and opened the lid to get my Eggs and since it was open   ,a quick shot. This was midnight aftre a 5pm start , 7 hrs. so far...catch me later...

OK, I thought I posted this earlier but it's not here, so...

Her'e the start:

good hot embers...Flo says "FEED ME"

smoke is right:

so here they are , ready after a night's rest:

four hours in and I put on some Eggs.....     You don't usually see me opening my Smoker Lid

4hrs. in and dead on...

Midnight and all is well...hang in there, I'll get the done shots later on, then the Plate shot at the Party...

have fun and ...

Twas a long night ,butt...they got finished

All done and ready for a "Rippin' " , I mean Pulling...

a shot into the "cooler" for stand-by until 4pm.

See more of the Party later , might be tomorrow, but for sure.....
