well 11hrs about 1.5hrs of sleep since yesterday 7/3/12 at like 8am and final product is great, everyone loved it outta of a 7# hog only about or less then 1/2lbs left 1 guy definatly said it was the best he had

Looks delicious!  Much better than my first smoke, which had to finish in the oven because it poured down rain and was 3 or 4 hours later than planned.
