hey folks, Andrew from central Iowa here.

i have been smoking for about 5 or so years, i have a brinkmann charcoal smoker that I made some necessary mods to (now it runs great!) and just picked up an MES 40 the other day at bass pro shops (the new model).

curious to get some info from y'all about the electric smoking process! and also about to undergo my first brisket smoke!
