Low-Fat Watergate Salad

This version of the Watergate salad sports yogurt as well as pudding, pineapple and Cool Whip for a diplomatic way to sneak a smart side onto the table.

1pkg. (1 oz.) JELL-O Pistachio Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding1can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained1cup vanilla low-fat yogurt2-1/2cups thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, dividedmake it
MIX dry pudding mix, pineapple and yogurt in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP.
REFRIGERATE 1 hour.
SERVE topped with remaining COOL WHIP.
