Bacon wrapped pork fillets with Qview

The store had these on sale again so had to pick up a few cases.  I like to smoke them, and then vacuum seal them and put in the freezer.  Then when I desire some smoked deliciousness for dinner, just cut off a corner and microwave for 3 minutes.  Comes out hot, juicy and wonderful.

Thanks for the comments fellers.  First time I had one of these done by someone else was pretty much what got me to buy a smoker and delve into the world of smoking meat.  I was and still am hooked.

Those look wonderful! At what temp and how long do you smoke them?

I kept them around 250* and smoked for 3 hrs.  Only got an internal temp of 140 is why I finished on the grill.   They seemed plenty done though.
