Hi yall. I’m Cory from Ft. Worth. Been lurking here for a bit, and finally decided to sign up and post. I’ve got some great info from the site already, and just finished reading the 5 day course.
Right now I’m cooking on a Char-Broil propane grill, and cheap square Brinkmann smoker from Home Depot. I’ll hopefully be adding onto the equipment soon if the wifey comes through for Christmas. I had trouble on the Brinkmann at first, but got some mod tips here and it works pretty good now.
Main things that I’m hoping to learn is more about poultry, pork, and especially sausages. The sausage forum here finally gave me the tools and courage to take a stab at it and I think I may be hooked.
I know enough from reading that I may get in trouble for posting without some qview, so here’s some snack sticks and some cheese from this weekend.
