Winn Dixie had sirloin tips at 2.99 a pound today.
Got a 8.9 pounder. There was a few cuts so I tied it ogether in a few places.
Covered it ith SPOG.
Got the wsm rocking at 225 with local pecan smoking.
Out at 132 IT. Perfect!!! Very Juicy and waaaaay tasty!!
Sliced some off for dinner then the rest in the fridge to meet the biggest slicer in the world tomorrow.
Before the pics I am gonna tell yas a little story..
I have tried several times to make bread..but it just got where it was too complicated... Today I was looking at a sandwich video on you tube and saw a video of how to make Cuban. I watched it and said this is way too easy.
I tried it and the stuff came out great. I really thought I would end up feeding it to the birds.
