Does 118 degrees sound about right   after 2 hours in the smoker.. smoker temp about 230 to 240

Further down "New Posts" Cororumex posted an internal temperature chart of his most recent pulled pork smoke.  Your temps were right alongside his.  My experience is that you are right in the ballark as well

Well my first Butt turned out awesome, Baby Back's turn out so well, that i will do 8 slab's today at no cost to me, Family and Friends pitched in and bought them WOW!!!!!!!!

Thanks to all the great info here.I've been stalking this forum for a year, should have purchase my smoker sooner.
