Started with Ricks Rib Rub Recipe..  Let the rub sit on the ribs overnight

After the foiling on the 3 hour marks, the ribs were just right, felt more like baby backs

Finished Result with smoked beans and a homemade roll.  The rub was just right, really didn't need the sauce glaze.  With my cajun electric I don't get a smoke ring, but the flavor is nice and smoky

They were very juicy, not fall of the bone, a little tug, but not tough.  Used the bourbon barrel smoke dust...  Nice sweet smoke
