Haven't made the cake yet, but here's my shot at the lasagne. I cheated a bit, since I was pressed for time. Decided to go with some of my Italian seasoned smoke chuckie, chopped up, for the meat, and used Trader Joe's sauce.
then, the bechamel got made
ready for baking. I was a little nervous, I've never used the no-boil pasta before, but it worked great.
One of the prettiest lasagnes I've ever seen!
I used a lot of fresh basil, but no other veggies, the teenage son loved it. Thanks, Scar!
