MAK Smoked Turkey

Took the turkey from the brine this morning, rinsed real good and stuffed with onion.

Applied some MAK bird rub and ready for the smoke.

350 for 2.5 hours then down to smoke setting for another 2.5

Looking good - I bet some of this ends up as sausage somehow !!
