I live in alberta canada, have been a smoked meat fan since i was a kid but just recently i bought my own smoker.

have done three loads of beef jerky (have some growing pains but am getting it narrowed down)
I did a pork roast with a dry rub it turned out really good, was very happy with the result it was yummy.
Will be trying some more foods and more jerky in the future (near future lol)
I am liking my smoker a lot, last batch of jerky was the best so far, I had been struggling with brine, then with smoking/cooking time but like i said its a learning process, but I am going in the right direction
