    I can't put foil in/on my smoker, now what do I do?

    I want to try Jeff's 3-2-1 Rib recipe, but when I was looking through my Masterforge Electric Cabinent Smoker manual I noticed it says do not put any metal foil in the smoker or risk damaging it. What can I do? Regards, Ryan

    I am using my Master Forge Electric Cabinent Smoker to make jerky right now, it is working great. I only expirienced 5-10 degree drop and within 10 mins it was back at the set temp of 150. The door was open 5-7 minutes while I put the woodchips and jerky in. It is hovering between 148-152...
