Today is the day!

    This is the party that I got the smoker for in the first place - almost a month early so I had practice time!

    Today - I have 5 racks of pork ribs, 6 fatties (3 pizza style with pepperoni, cheese and marinara and 3 with ham, cheese and potatoes), and some brats - all in the smoker!   Hopefully - the practice will make this all turn out well!

    I'll post pics later - after I go figure out how long to smoke brats for......

    Good luck, I hope that everything turns out great, I'm sure it will, crack open a cold one and get to smokin' and bring on some qview
