Looks like the meat for today is going to be all birds. Brining a 7lb turkey breast in my favorite mix of water, salt, sugar, rosemary and orange juice. No maple syrup in the house :( so I added a little more sugar.
Also on the menu some hot italian turkey sausages and some chicken breasts on the grill. My poor grill looks at me every time I walk past it to go to the smoker so I have to give it some attention too.
