Hey all,

Just wanted to say thank you for having such a great site. Sorry I do not have qview for you as I do know you all like to see it, but we still have not been able to find our camera may have to buy another one, anyways I smoked a pork shoulder and couple racks of baby back ribs today. I have been messing around for the last couple of weekends and trying different things to smoke and me and my wife would try it out, but today was the real test inviting guests. We invited my wifes mom and dad over for dinner and it was a success thanks to you all. I did not know what I was doing before like the stall on the meat and using the meat thermometer all of it that is involved in making it right. My pulled pork turned out good and the ribs were really good my in-laws were impressed and enjoyed the food. I started early and worked on it all day and with all the info I have learned on here it was a success. Again Thank You.

Congrats on the success! In-laws are sometimes the hardest to please (other than yourself) when it comes to food.

You have to love the talent around here. We all start somewhere, and when you start here, you have a database of the best brains in BBQ. Best cooking site on the net without a doubt. Only place I know that can add to your body weight just by reading the recipes!

Look forward to some qview in the future. You get a pass from me on this one since it was your first.. but next time......

Ya my father-inlaw likes to cook ribs on his grill and they usually turn out real good so I was a little nervous and was hoping mine would turn out good. Hopefully our camera will turn up soon if not we will have to buy another one cause I plan on smoking a lot more food and would like to give you some qview.
