Sunday Ribs

Well the weather outside was frightful (on Saturday), but then it was so delightful (on Sunday). Since I had nowhere to go, I let it smoke, let it smoke, let it smoke. Well enough of that. I did 2 racks of ribs and 2 fatty's. My best ribs so far.
