stuffed twice baked potatoes

    bake 2 large spuds @ 400 for an hour.
    slicein 1/2 & scoop out some of the inside being careful not to tear the skin.
    use either(your choice-anything works)taco meat,shredded brisket,shredded fajita meat,bacon crumbles,and shredded cheese of choice.
    whip together in a bowl & stuff the tater(spray oil the tater shell @ this point).
    add shredded cheese and more bacon crumbles on top.
    pop in the smoker (225-250) for 45 mins to an hour.
