I stuff the jalapeños with some smokes thighs I did last night and horseradish cheddar.
Then I wrapped with bacon
Nice , now a finish shot...
Here they are on the smoker. Used cherry and pecan.
ran the smoker around 350 till bacon looked right.
Such a cool idea!

I like them. Spicy with horseradish and I don't take all the ribs out of the penos. Chicken was good in there still plenty moist.
I really want to try this recipe. I love jalapeños poppers and this would be a great idea for leftovers. thanks
