Smoking ham for office Thanksgiving meal

    I am going to smoke a ham (225-250) for my office Thanksgiving dinner. I am buying a ready to cook ham from Publix, probably about 15 lbs. How long will it take to bring this bad boy up to about 140 degrees?

    I am also doing a beer can turkey (12 - 14 lbs) that I will smoke/cook at 350 degrees, I think this one will take about 4 hours but if I am way off base someone please correct me.

    I have never had to cook on a timeline before. It is much easier when we just eat when the food is done.

    I did a beer can turkey last year and I seem to remember it taking 3.5 to 4 hours.
