I'm new to Smoking, but enjoy cooking and grilling. Just recently purchased a Chargriller Smokin Pro (has the side firebox). We actually have the smoker at our camper in VA, as we are fortunate to have 3 to 4 day work weeks. Can't wait!!

Thanks to all for the welcomes and advise!! Smoked my first butt this past Friday. The neighbors couldn't get enough!! I neglected to get pics, but will be sure to next time. Went to an Orchard, and was able to obtain some free peach wood, which I mixed with Oak. Awesome!!
