Nitrile gloves? What gloves is this guy using in the video that are black? plain ole tight nitriles?

Would you recommend these for food service?

Done a lot of research and i noticed these gloves used by many of the professionals, and i wasn't sure which they were.thank you!

I learn something every day here at SMF!

Never knew about those black ones. I'll order some when I use up the blue ones I got on my last order. I have trouble with the blue ones splitting sometimes. Are the black ones less prone to splits?

Those are out of stock, so i'll try these
Since i need by thursday morn

EDit, well
Those are avail.   $19 for 100 gloves sounds like a lot :P

I use the vinyl food prep gloves they sell at Sam's. Inexpensive and work well though not as durable as nitrile.

Yeah, my briskets are always like butter and that's the flat too~

If you have one close you might look at the Harbor Freight Nitrite gloves.  Fairly inexpensive and pretty good quality for the price.
