Replacement Probes

Can you get them. The Accurites and Taylor models are interchangable, so seems like they might be available. Anybody ever ordered any, if so where?

I just broke down and bought a new unit. Just chalked it up as time for an upgrade. I guess if you can find one (cheaply) just gauge it by dipping the probe tip in water that just came to a boil, and look for something just around 212*.

flash............do you have a bbq store......or someplace that sells smokers and grills.....beside the home improvement stores?

they mite/should have replacement probes.......i know mine does......

searching here is a adventure in itself...........i posted bout it couple days ago........you really can NOT do a multiword search here.........least i haven't been able too, and some other members was giving suggestions.....but.......if you do a two word search........it will search for BOTH words.......but not both in the same post........or it may......but it will pull up replacement posts..........and pull up probe post......and most of the time not both words in the same post......all i did was just typed in probes..............
