Hello all!

My name is John and I live in Northeastern Ohio.  I am a huge Catholic who loves Jesus and the church.  A married father of two that enjoys having a huge beard, drinking good beer, and better scotch.  My family and I are trying to become a foster family to help children that don't have what we do: love and lots of it.

I sell computers for a living and have been into computers for 34 long years.

I have smoked with a crappy, leaking smokers for years that has been the bane of my existence!  I have smoked ribs, turkeys, fatties, and stuffed bacon wrapped burgers.

I currently own a Charbroil offset horrible smoker/grill that needs to be babysat thanks to the nearly 1/2" gap around the lid.

I am looking to mod an upright commercial grade fridge into a smoker (20 cubic feet anyone?).  You will see me in those forums shortly.

Thanks and God bless!
