This brings closure to yesterday's smoke (http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/for...ad.php?t=18537) Got finished last night around 2:00 am, completing 15.5 hours. Wrapped in towels, threw in the cooler and passed out! Woke up at 8:00 this morning, fiddled around cleaning up the kitchen to mess it up again. Pulled out the butts at 9:00 and they were still too hot to handle - 7 hours in the cooler! Opened one at a time, collected the juices, and pulled. Here's some tender butts!
