Pulling Membrane Question

    Is it me or do ribs seem to have 2 layers of membrane.??

    I used the paper towel trick and it came off pretty good.. i've always had a good knack for that.

    But, this time.. it seemed like there was another one. I never noticed before. However, i never have done beef ribs since i've actually been pulling it off. My pork ribs that i'm getting ready for came off nice and clean.

    Its usually the fat that's left. Just render that off.
