Looking for a pickled sausage recipe. I tasted at a party a number gears ago. I was way better than the hot momas ya get at your local watering hole. I believe it was a German type sausage cooked, cut in 1/2 - 3/4" slices the casing peeled off & the into the brine with some sliced onions
