    2/3 cup flour
    1 tsp. rubbed sage [ Penzey's ]
    1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. season salt [ Penzey's Seasoned Sea Salt ]
    6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 cup butter
    2 cups chicken broth

In a bowl, combine flour, sage, basil and seasoned salt; coat chicken.
    Reserve remaining flour mixture.
In your DO, melt the butter and brown the chicken on all sides.
When chicken is browned, remove from the DO.
Add 1/4 cup of reserved flour mixture to the DO and stir for 1 minute.
Stir in the chicken broth and bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute.
Return chicken to the DO and coat with sauce.
Cover and cook at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

This is very good. No need for a knife. The chicken is so tender it falls apart with a fork.

Very cool, Perfect timing for me ... I just bought a big package of thighs on sale, and was wondering what the heck I was gonna do with 'em. This sounds perfect, gonna do it in on & in the oven ... the kids love when I use the DO outside, but I'll wait till spring for that. I will explore the link you provided for some other ideas as well.
