I've actually been using these forums the last two years but just became a member today. I was new to smokers two years ago but consider myself a vet on the grill[emoji]128521[/emoji]. I'm from the eastern shore of Maryland and my Uncle introduced me to the smoking world. Thank God! It's a big part of my life now. Currently, I just have a small electric Meco. Cheap and easy to start was where I went with it. It's been great but plan on upgrading in the next year or so. Thanks for all of the tips and tricks over the last few years.
