Just wanted to throw out a hello and thanks for all the great info you have all accumulated on this site. I am a born an raised WA state (Vancouver, near Portland OR) guy who has been dabbling in BBQ for about 8 years. About 3 years ago I picked up my first smoker a Weber Smoky Mountain (WSM) bullet. I have made allot of good grub on it and cant imagine ever getting rid of it. Its a perfect camping companion/travel smoker (in comparison to many others) IMHO. Its amazing how much grub you can get on that thing. Anyway, my most recent purchase (picked it up last night) is a Traeger BBQ124. Put her together last night and am planning on doing the burn in tonight. Then this weekend something will be cooked up on it. Looking forward to spending some time around these forums.
