New to smoking looking forward to learning alot

Hi everyone,

I am new to this thread as I am writing this my Weber Smokey Mountain should be delivered tomorrow! I bought it on Amazon and can not wait to get started. I am Weber guy, I also have a 4 year old Genesis 330 that I love. Looking forward to sharing my trials and tribulations. I have a few hobbies; Woodworking being my favorite, working on my home, playing and watching sports. I sell wine for a living, mainly South African and French and be more than happy to suggest some different varietals for food pairings. Chenin Blanc is a go to for me right now! Looking forward to meeting everyone. I live north of Baltimore, MD, but travel a bit for my job.
