Just signed up but I've been stalking the forums for a few months now. Figured I'd join up to say thanks for some of the great tips and recipes I've gotten off this site. About me: I live in the Ozarks of Missouri. I have a small cabinet-style smoker that I've used a little over the years and I have a CharGriller for all of my grilling needs. I just recently bought an 'Over and Under' by Old Country BBQ Pits from Academy Sports (armed with reviews from these forums) and have started taking my smoking game up a notch. Since I've been reading up on this forum, I've drastically improved my ribs, tried my first pork butt, and recently made my first fatties. Being armed with good information helps (especially since meat is too expensive to screw up).
