This looks like a great place for an old dog to learn new tricks. Lots of interesting posts here. I enjoy all kinds of cooking, especially outdoors. I have cooked for groups of up to 150, taught Dutch Oven cooking classes, owned a restaurant, and did field catering. But what I like best of all ? Good 'ol low and slow, well smoked Q. I'm looking forward to seeing new things, different methods, and and fresh ideas.

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from another hot day in East Texas and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
