Discussion in 'Roll Call' started by outbreak, Apr 29, 2013.

  1. New guy here in West TX/Eastern NM. Never smoked on my own before but going to do a pork shoulder on Tuesday. Been lurking here for a bit learning. Plan to learn a lot more and smoke all summer.
