Hello everyone I'm new to smoking in Colorado springs co. I've smoked ribs in a buddy's propane vertical and everyone loved them so much I didn't even get to try them. I'm starting a fridge smoker here soon. I have an annual BBQ and would love to smoke a hog so I need to do my research and make sure its done right. I would like to make a universal smoker hot cold all that good stuff. I'm a truck driver but I'm home every night so hopefully I can learn some stuff here.
