Sunday being Mother's Day as well as my step-daughter's 19th birthday we had the family over for some smoky porky goodeness!! Picked up 2 boneless butts at Costco, almost 14lbs of piggy. On Saturday I rubbed with my rub, smoked with apple and hickory for about 12 hours, pulled at 195, rested and pulled. Mixed up with finishing sauce and into the fridge. Sunday reheated and finished with a Carolina style sauce: Pork Shots! My first time doing these and they are AWESOME!! Kielbassa wrapped in bacon. Jalapeno slice, dab of BBQ sauce and a hunk of Colby on top ABTs stuffed with Horseradish Cheddar And now the money shots! Thanks for the look!!
