More Margaux!

    Here's some smoked Chilean sea bass (it's also posted in the fish section therefore) paired with Margaux!

    That Bass looks great, very meaty and firm, but buttery and soft as well. I admit, for as much as I love seafood, chilean sea bass is one thing I have not tried yet. We have a Mitchells Fish Market near my house and they always carry it, so I'll have to try it soon. 
  3. Thank you so much Humdinger!!! Your fish market must be great! Yes, this is so soft and succulent! It's beautiful when prepared any way, although I prefer smoked the best!
