Made a restaurant depot trip today. All night brisket!

  1. Went to restaurant depot today and picked up a trio of flat briskets for 2.15/lb. They are big at approximately 9.5lbs each. Decided to do one tonight. Rubbed it and put it in the mes a few hours ago. Here's the before shot:

  4. So after smoking it it became obvious that it did in fact have the point as well, just a small one. So I cubed it and made burnt ends. Heres the finished product. Sliced brisket and burnt ends! Forgot to take a picture of the whole piece before I cut it up.
