Labor Day Pork Butts

    Smoking boneless butts today for the first time!! Injected them with a blend of Apple juice,water,sugar,salt & Worcestershire!! Hopefully they turn out good!! Also smoking some Venison Sausage!!

    This is the first Butt, finished at 175 degrees!! Perfect for slicing!! Very tender and juicy!!

    Will post pictures of the second one when it's finished!! Finishing it at 203 for pulled pork!!
