I am new to the smoking world and have been reading articles and recipes on this site for about a year now. I was turned on to the site by Jeff when ordering his BBQ sauce and rub. Currently I have a MES 30 and have only done 6 or so smokes up to this point. To date I have smoked pork shoulder, turkey breast, fatty, german sausage, polish sausage, pork tenderloin and chicken breast. Just want to thank everyone for their input. The site makes it simple to keep from screwing up.
