My name is Rich and I make my home in New York....the state....not the city.  I am pretty new to the addiction that is smoking meat.  I recently bought a Master Forge vertical propane smoker and am familiarizing myself to it and having a good time doing it.  So far I have smoked a wild turkey that I shot this spring and 4 cornish game hens.  Today I am taking the next step and smoking a pork butt.  I look forward to conversing with all of you and more importantly learning from you.  Thanks all....happy smoking!
