I'm New

My name is Tony, I live in Florida on the West coast near Tampa. I'm a novice when I comes to smoking. I've only smoked meats for about 3 weekends now. All I've learned is from the internet. I found this site and it's the best I've seen... My smoker is a "Smoker H2O Char-Broil" I paid $30+ at Home Depot.... I've been using lump coal and hickory.
