"Honey Glazed Smoked Chicken with Blackberry Sauce"

    "Honey Glazed Smoked Chicken with Blackberry Sauce"
    Smoked at 260° -275° using cherry on GOSM

    • Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
    • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
    • 2 cups Honey
    • Fresh Sage, Parsley, Rosemary
    Heat till warm, seep for a half hour, strain.

    Blackberry Sauce
    • Blackberries
    • 1/4 cup water
    • two tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
    • White Sugar, wing it.

    Reduce Blackberries in water for a few hours add vinegar reduce longer, add sugar

    Wow I missed it SQWIB. Every well done, nicely presented. How did the blackberry sauce go with the chicken. I would have never thought of it thinking it might be too overpowering.

    Very nice plating, you practicing for a throwdown?

    Blackberry and Raspberry are awesome with chicken.

    Skin was not good but better after a deep fry.

    • Wings and Drums deep fried along with the skin.
